Willem Visser (1947) has 42 years experience at top level. His personal motto is that you live your life all the potential forces its potential to bring. That means he's always the boundaries and also allows searching. Not for nothing he was four times Olympic Judo coach, he coaches and directors, supervisors and managers.

If he sees the goal of coaching improve the performance and learning from others, increasing the effectiveness of leaders and leadership skills to learn or improve in order to help others in their development.
His battleground include the initiation and management of group dynamics, others cope with stress and helping to obtain self-knowledge to enable self-development.
He cared for coach routes include Rabobank, Northern Security organization, the multinationals Getinge (Sweden) and PPR (France), for the Provincial Utrecht (Welfare and Health) and since 2001 for the Council for the Judiciary.
Willem Visser is a lecturer in performance management and coaching at a number of top degree programs at home and abroad.

Willem Visser worked for some time as an executive with Justice. He worked for almost thirty years in the police: if mental physical education teacher and later as a manager at the Dutch Police Academy and at the regional police Amsterdam Amstelland. He held various director whose shelves for seven years, a general director in business.
In these roles he developed a method to achieve self-management. Key here is that one via the component group functionality, self-evaluation and self-discipline to self-determination is itself responsible.
Many executives were at the forefront with his method, which he applied in his work as an Olympic judo coach.
His experience provides a basis for coaching of management and administration, supervising and restructuring programs for culture, but also to carry out interim director shelves.
